Athletic Enhancement gifts provide support to each athletic budget with particular emphasis on: - Travel
- Sports specific equipment and gear
- Game Uniforms
- Recognition and Awards programs
- Capital Equipment for specific sports programs
How you can help ensure the continued competitive and positive experience of the Austin College student-athlete: - Participate in the Annual Fund by designating your gift to Athletics Enhancement.
- President’s Council gifts start at $1000 per year.
- Become a “Travel Sponsor” for your favorite team. Gifts will be designated to cover costs of transportation, meals and lodging to and from contests in Georgia, Kentucky, Indiana, Colorado and Tennessee.
- Become a “Program Partner” for a specific sports team. A gift of $250 will sponsor a team member with all the basic equipment for their sport. You may be a “Program Partner” for as many athletes as you wish. You may also make a gift to purchase sports specific equipment for your team of choice!
Become a “Team Sponsor” at the following levels: - $5,000- Men or Women's Basketball, Baseball, Softball, Men or Women’s Soccer, Swimming and Diving, Tennis, Volleyball
- $15,000-Football
Austin College is a member of the Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference along with Centre College (Danville, KY), DePauw University (Greencastle, IN), Hendrix College (Conway, AR), Millsaps College (Jackson, MS), Oglethrope University (Atlanta, GA), Rhodes College (Memphis, TN), The University of the South (Sewanee, TN), Southwestern University (Georgetown, TX) and Trinity University (San Antonio, TX)
Austin College participates as a member of the NCAA Division III in the following sports: - Men and Women’s Basketball
